Baljit Kaur

Baljit Kaur is a Research Assistant on a Wellcome-funded project at Birkbeck, University of London. She is also a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she completed her ESRC-funded postdoctoral project, Mapping ‘the Streets’: Young Women Music Creatives and Violence in East London (2024). Her research and writing explore the intersections of (sexual) violence, music production, youth culture, creative and qualitative research methods, and abolitionist feminist theory.
