TA98

David Rojas Jr. is a first-generation social entrepreneur and national social impact strategist. He is the Founder and CEO of The Alliance 98 (TA98), a Chicago-based social enterprise creating career pathways, leadership development, and workforce training for young adults ages 16–24. Since 2018, TA98 has served over 600 youth and directed more than $1 million in workforce resources. A Chicago Posse Scholar, David holds a degree from Connecticut College and advanced credentials in social impact and entrepreneurship. He was named the Chicago Bulls’ 2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Honoree.
