Jody Metcalfe

JODY METCALFE is a postdoctoral researcher on the NWO consortium Re/Presenting Europe. Born and raised in South Africa, she is focused on anticolonial research on food, memory and culture as a lens to understanding colonial silences, resistance, healing and intergenerational transmissions of joy and culture in South Africa and across the Indian Ocean.
